UP News: Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati has taken a big decision amid Lok Sabha elections 2024. This decision of BSP supremo Mayawati has surprised everyone. Former Chief Minister Mayawati has decided to remove her nephew Akash Anand from the post of National Coordinator and her successor. BSP supremo Mayawati has said that the reason behind this is complete maturity.

BSP supremo Mayawati posted on X and wrote - "It is known that BSP, along with being a party, is also a movement for self-respect and social change of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, for which Honorable Kanshi Ram and I have dedicated our entire lives. And a new generation is also being prepared to give it momentum, along with promoting other people in the party, Akash Anand was declared the National Coordinator and his successor, but in the larger interest of the party and the movement. Right now they are being separated from these two important responsibilities until they reach full maturity."

Along with this, Mayawati further wrote - "While his father Anand Kumar will continue to fulfill his responsibilities in the party and the movement as before. Therefore, the leadership of BSP will do everything in the interest of the party and the movement and in taking the caravan of Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedkar forward. There is no going back from giving any kind of sacrifice and renunciation."

Let us tell you that recently Sitapur Police had registered an FIR against BSP leader Akash Anand. While holding an election rally, Akash Anand had compared the BJP government with terrorists. UP Police had registered an FIR on this controversial statement of BSP leader Akash Anand. After this FIR, Akash Anand's election rallies were also cancelled.
