Ayodhya Ram Lalla Surya Tilak: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has seen the Surya Tilak of Ram Lalla from Nalbari, Assam on Wednesday (April 17). He had reached here to address the election rally. Meanwhile, PM Modi took out time and looked at Ramlala's Surya Tilak and said that this is a moment of ecstasy for everyone. On the occasion of Ramnavmi, Surya Tilak of Ramlala was done in Ayodhya through a mechanism made of mirror and lens.
PM Modi shared pictures of Darshan on social media platform X. In this, he can be seen sitting in a helicopter and having darshan of Ram Lalla on a tablet. The Prime Minister said, "After the Nalbari meeting, I had the privilege of witnessing the wonderful and unique moment of Ramlala's Surya Tilak in Ayodhya. This much-awaited moment of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi is a moment of ecstasy for everyone. This Surya Tilak is the symbol of developed India. He will illuminate every resolution with his divine energy in this way." Let us tell you that the distance of Nalbari in Assam from Ayodhya is more than 1100 km.
First Ram Navami in Ayodhya after Pran Pratistha
This is the first Ram Navami after the consecration of the idol of Ramlala in the new temple inaugurated on January 22 in Ayodhya. On this occasion, during Surya Tilak done through mirrors and lenses, the sun's rays reached the forehead of the idol of Lord Ram. A video of this has also surfaced, in which light can be seen shining on Ramlala's forehead. The mirrors and lenses through which Surya Tilak was done were tested on Tuesday (April 16).
Surya Tilak happened for four-five
According to PTI report, Ram temple spokesperson Prakash Gupta said, "Surya Tilak of Ramlala was done for about four-five minutes. During this, the sun's rays were focused directly on the forehead of the idol of Ramlala." He told that to avoid crowd of people on the occasion of Ram Navami, the temple administration had banned the devotees from coming to the sanctum sanctorum. There is a rush of devotees in Ayodhya on the occasion of the first Ram Navami after the inauguration of Ram temple .
Ramlala's Surya Tilak will be done every year
Dr. DP Kanungo, Chief Scientist of CSIR-CBRI, Roorkee, said that Surya Tilak was done at 12 noon. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)-CBRI Roorkee scientist Dr SK Panigrahi said that the purpose of the Surya Tilak Project was to apply tilak on the head of the idol of Ramlala on the day of Ram Navami. He told that every year in the month of Chaitra, on Shri Ramnavami, Tilak will be applied on Lord Ram's forehead with sunlight from 12 noon.
