Mamata Banerjee Injured: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee got injured during the election campaign on Saturday (April 27). Mamta had reached Durgapur in West Bengal to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections , where this accident happened while boarding the helicopter. Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata slipped and fell inside the helicopter. It has been told that Mamta has suffered minor injuries in this accident. The video of this incident has also surfaced.
The helicopter was waiting for Mamta to go from Durgapur to Asansol. Stairs were installed outside it to climb up, and one had to climb them to sit inside the helicopter. Mamta was going to climb the stairs and board the helicopter, but then her foot slipped on the gate of the helicopter and she fell inside it. CM's security personnel immediately picked him up. Mamta has suffered minor injuries in this accident. This was the reason why he completed his journey till Asansol.
